Return Policy
1. OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you’ll love everything you buy from us, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
For customers outside the UK, please return unsuitable items within 30 days of the date you receive the parcel.
Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.
2. FAULTY GOODS
If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
3. NOTIFYING US ABOUT YOUR RETURN
If you want to return your goods in accordance with our Returns Policy for unwanted or faulty goods, please contact us explaining that you are returning your item. Then you can simply return your items in accordance with section 4 below.
4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Fill out your return form.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
Please return your item(s) to our address shown on your return form. Remember to enclose your order number.
5. COST OF RETUNING ITEMS
We're sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Simply return your items to our address shown on your return form within 14 days for UK customers or 30 days for international customers of receiving your parcel. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost.
6. TIME TAKEN FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED
We aim to process your return and refund you within 14 days from the day that we receive your returned goods.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
Once we receive your goods we will reimburse you the cost of your item(s). We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
7. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, if your goods are boxed and in the same condition you received them in, please contact us to let us know you would like to exchange your item. Once again please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
